Open Level Ballet

Join a ballet class that meets you at your current level. In open-level ballet dancers are led through a barre and center technique class designed to strengthen, stretch, and prepare the body for more challenging steps.
*Our instructors are able to modify for dancers of all levels.*

Dance Strengthening

Thursdays | 6:30-7pm | with Annika

This strengthening and conditioning class builds stamina designed for dancers interested in strengthening muscles in preparation for or in support of pointework.

*You do not need to be en pointe to take this class!*

Yoga Pathways

Wednesdays | 6-7pm | with Lauren

Saturdays | 8-9am | with Lauren

Both energizing and grounding, yoga flow is of similar structure to Vinyasa style flow class focusing on synchronizing breath and movement. Yoga Pathways is open to all skill levels.


Thursdays | 7-7:30pm | with Annika

We work to strengthen muscles in support of pointework, first with a ballet barre and working in the center. While pointe technique is the focus of this class, students will also learn variations en pointe.

*You need to have already been promoted to pointe to take this class! For a pointe placement audition please attend Dance Strengthening*

Release the stress of the week and dance yourself free! While not everyone loves technique class or even likes to dance, Liberation is a space to let loose and get a workout in the company of others! It's a safe environment for teens and adults to listen to upbeat music while exercising, moving, and having fun.
